Anyone know alot about digital cameras? How's this one?

I like to take alot of pictures of my garden and thought of getting a digital camera but know little of the lingo.... How does this camera sound for the money? I don't need anything too fancy or expensive but nothing to awful either.... cheapest I found this one was 100....
