We got this package of seasoning, and a roasting bag delivered in our paper. I won't use this, and for sure, once I checked the sodium level.

You add 4 chicken breasts to the roasting bag and seasonings.

The sodium is 28% of your daily intake, with only using 1/4 of the seasoning pouch.

It would probably be healthier to put your newspaper in a food processor and chop it to a powder, and use that as a chicken seasoning. It might even taste better :-)

jasdip.....not eveyone watches their sodium. I'm a runner with low blood pressure, I sweat it off....I like salt! and.....I rarely eat anything processed. So this would be a FREE treat.....

I've been known to suck on chicken boullion cubes....there's something for everyone out there.....:0)

I love, love potato chips, but I would never eat packaged seasonings like this. Oh, we just discovered lower-salt chips (40% less salt) and they taste great.

Love those little black capped Chickadees. We call them pee wees for the sound they make. They are friendly little birds. Hubby had one land on him when we lived in Ohio. He walked into the house with it on his shoulder. Told him to get it back outside. We had housecats.
