Vetal, that looks like the monster weed that's recently come into our neck of the woods in the past couple of years.
The sap burns your skin and it blisters if you come into contact with it. It grows 9 feet tall. I can't think of the name of it now, but the media is telling people to stay away from it, for sure.

Around here we call it wild parsnip. Contact with it can cause an increase sensitivity to sunlight.

Next Monday I leave for a week long backpacking trip in Wyoming.
