Karen - on the site i use for storage there is an option to choose the size I'd like the picture to be in the post. From tiny to 3X.
I'm not familiar with Photobucket inner workings. Could be your choice is between thumbnail and original size. If so, you'll have to resize or post big pictures.
Alisande and Kat_wa post from Photobucket, maybe they'll be more helpful.
The falls are lovely. I looked through your album: Are all pictures from village of West Burton?

Karen, above each Photobucket picture you'll see Edit : Move: Share : Delete. Click on Edit, and you'll be taken to a screen where you can resize.

Start by clicking the Resize button. The easiest way to resize is to use one of the Preset Sizes. Click the little arrow to see the drop-down menu of sizes. Something close to 640 x 480 is usually best. Once you've chosen the size, click on either Replace Original or Save a Copy (the latter saves the original size, too). These are located underneath the photo.

Glad you enjoyed the album Vetaal and yes they were taken around the Yorkshire Dales (we stayed in West Burton).
