These are in memory of still born babies......on the grounds of a Temple just down the street from where my tokyo kids live. The gift shop inside sold the caps, bibs, capelets and trinkets for the families to purchase.

The petals feel almost rubbery,but it looks like crepe paper close up. I gotta find it now and plant some,Love it,thanks again Kathi
