Where are you located that Easter lilies bloom in March?? That is NOT typical!! These are a summer blooming lily (Lilium longiflorum) and their standard bloom time is June and July and maybe as late as August. Blooming in March is not the normal time anywhere! They only bloom at Easter if forced to by the specialty growers. I've grown many Easter lilies over the years, both from dormant purchased bulbs and from recycled living plants received as gifts. One planted in the garden, they will bloom at their normal time of midsummer, even in my very mild climate.

Chinensis might be one of my favorites, but probably only because it bloomed twice for me (and only one stalk last year). No signs of anything here. But.... one of my lycoris incarnata sent up three stems and is looking awesome. Other bulbs are literally five inches away and doing nothing, but this one bulb and it's one neighbor have sent up four stalks all together! I was joking that my squamigeras are flowering well this year because I threw construction debris and trash around them. Gave them that abandoned lot vibe and made them feel at home. This is the incarnata (aka peppermint spider lily):
