Well, that guy has a cold tail! Here's an old one of my pop and DS, and "Missy". Back in '66.

Off to New York city now (September 2005, but still on the same trip as the DC pictures). We used our little day packs on daily trips (here on the front, but over stuffed), and for our trainride to New York we had to haul our back packs as well. We choose back packs, cause we thought it would be easier to navigate than with a suit case. It did work fine for us.

I've ventured out a little bit to lurk at other places, but this is still my favorite forum and where I come to most often and where I look forward to seeing them.
