I can't remember who it was that posted the recipe for the Rolos melted with a Pecan half on top, but I just want to say that they were a huge hit! Everyone wanted the recipe! I am not a baker so these were perfect. I gave my nieces, nephews and BIL'S, SIL'S each a plate of shortbread cookies and a bag of these yummy treats. DH has been picking at the left overs for 2 days now. Thank you!

Jel48 posted the Rolo cookies. She made a huge batch of various cookies for Christmas.

Heat the oven to 300, and put the Rolos on a foil-lined cookie sheet, about 2" or so apart.

Heat them for 1 minute, plus 10 or 20 seconds, until the pecan pushes in easily. The cookie should be a little mound, not melted into a puddle.
