Those are fantastic. I don't own one but I have had coffee from those single cup makers and you are right, a fresh cup each time tastes great.

Check around for the best price on those pods. You don't have to use the Keurig brand.

I absolutely LOVE the Keurig I bought for the office, I hope you enjoy it, Glenda. I'm taking it home over the holidays because I love it so much!

I love really bold, strong coffee so I got some "Jet Fuel" .... WOW!!!!! We also love the Green Tea Latte.....YUM!

My husband and I were in the group of people that tested the Keurig for the home market. They had one at the office and in a conversation with the distributor, he asked us if we would like to test it. I loved all the different coffee samples we could get too. Green Mountain is a favorite and many others too....

What's the difference between this and any other coffee maker?

I got my sister one for Christmas. She owns her own beauty salon and I thought it would be neat for her customers to make their own specialty coffee. I got her the Keurig Coffee Maker, the coffee and 6 really pretty coffee mugs.

Not for me...I prefer my Cuisinart Grind and Brew, fresh ground coffee and it makes enough for my 20 oz. morning cup of coffee.

However...a relative is getting a Keurig from Santa.

Nope, not a fan. It does brew OK (but I don't think great) coffee, but having 4-10 little plastic pods to throw out every day (3+ people) is a PITA, and an environmentally bad choice for us.

"What's the difference between this and any other coffee maker?"

Pods.

Ground coffee is sealed in a filter so you don't have to measure and spill anything. It makes it one cup at a time. Fresh every time. No wasted coffee to toss out if a big pot isn't drank up right away and finished.

The pod system works more like an espresso maker with pressure and steam extracting full strong flavor.

I have one and love it!!!!

Fresh coffee to order, by the cup -- How lucky you are!

Lucky in two ways.

1. To have such a great friend
2. And fresh coffee daily! Yea!!!

I would never reheat coffee from even the day before and drink it because I am a coffee lover and very particular about my coffee...The pods tend to be expensive if you drink a lot of coffee ...but ..You all have to remember that Glenda is single and lives alone and having the opportunity to make a delicious cup of coffee one at a time is wonderful. Congrats Glenda...

Thank you, Ruthie!

You got that right.

I make 10 cups at a time. Have one freshly brewed. Then reheat the rest.

So this one is right up my alley.

I have a Senseo. I've had it for about 5 years. When it came to getting my brother an extra special gift for his 70th, last year, I got him a Keurig.

For those who complain about all those plastic pods......Just get a My K Cup. You use your own coffee; rinse it out; reuse it time and time again.

That wouldn't be practical for me cause I drink way too much to make each cup seperate, but I think it's great for someone who doesn't drink a lot of coffee or the office where people might want different flavors.

I have one but haven't set it up yet, I'm waiting on my Tasssimo to finally die. I drink coffe all day, use my regular coffe maker for the morning pot and then use the single cup maker later in the day. I love them. I'm sad right now cause my Bunn died this week along with my dishwasher :(

I'm a ONE cup a day, so it fits MY needs.

I'll keep my Gevalia for whenever I have company.

We got one its sitting out on shelf in garage.
ours makes about 1/2 c coffee doesnt taste good I wrote the company they told us how to make it ,we did still bad.You can have it..

It looks very nice! We are big coffee drinkers up here, but if I were alone, that one cupper is the way to go!

For those who do not drink a lot of coffee try Maxwell House singles or other brands. They are like tea bags you put in a cup and microwave.

I used to use them back when I did not drink much coffee. No special coffee machine to buy.
