I guess it's all in interpretation but I'm not so sure I agree with this one... I have a friend that just lost a child... I think she's gonna have some bad weather for quite a while.. not so sure she really has much control of the color of her skies for now. I would think something more along the lines of "How a man weathers a storm, shows his true character". But thinking you can control storms or weather is a little too narcissistic for my taste; only gods have that ability. Plus, I've never been convinced that being happy or having good weather is what life is all about. Some of the most decent people I know live very depressing lives...

I mostly agree w/ this. There are circumstances beyond our control, i.e. cancer, natural disasters, etc. The point there, I suppose, is how you handle the disasters in your life.

When I first realized that photography was a passion of mine, it was because I wanted to capture the miracle of life and nature around me on film. Well........disc... :o) I look at the mountains, clouds, trees, flowers and people, animals, you name it and just think about how great it is to be able to see all of this. And I want to enjoy it for as long as I can, so I take pictures of the miracle of life.
