I'm so sorry you and Jim are going through this, Sandie--I was just thinking of you last night. Yes, I'll keep praying for the both of you and hope Jim receives the best of care. I suppose they're trying various pain meds....do push if you think they aren't getting a handle on his pain.

Special thoughts and prayers for both of you. It sure isn't easy watching someone you love being in pain.

I'm so sorry. He may need to agree to hospitalization unless you can manage home care with a drip. Can they give you some options to block the suffering?

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. It really does help me to know that Jim has so many prayers going up. We will see a doctor tomorrow for his Cumadin reading. We will see if he can recommend a different pain pill. What he is taking is not giving him much relief. Tuesday we go to the Cancer Center to see the see if radiation will help. She was my doctor and was Jim's before. I am praying that if he gets radiation it will help with the pain and also help put him in remission. He says he is a five time survivor. I hope that he will be able to be a six time. This all started with Lung Cancer that has spread to different areas. All of you have become "my family" over the years and it helps so much to know that you are praying with me.

My heart goes out to the both of you. I will keep both of you in my prayers.
