The fact that he's wearing this hat is a miracle in itself. He HATES hats and hoods but recently, he's come to terms with the fact that when it's cold outside, he has to wear a hat and so far, seems ok with it (because he'd much rather be outside wearing a hat than inside not wearing one). But the second he sets foot inside the house, it's off! LOL

How really kind of you to help Vintage when it's not the easiest thing for you to do. I don't know any of these roses but sometimes the unknowns can be the most exciting. Judy Jay Rhiannon is the name of a Celtic spirit and we got it from the Fleetwood mac song Rhiannon. It is pronounced Ree-an-non. DH and I were teachers at the time and that was one of the few names we could come up with that didn't bring up memories of other kids. Nicole, Peyton might look older but she is such a munchkin, she only weighs 25 pounds at 2 and a half. She is just a minature little munchkin. Thanks y'all...I can't tell you how many folks think we tatoo'd his arms...it was part of the sleeve of the costume...my DIL found this on Party City's website and doncha know I was over at the store the next day buying it!! ha ha...It came with a do rag but he's not a fan of hats!

Thanks!! Yea, he's going to like Christmas this year. He's already loving all the outdoor lights he sees on homes around the neighborhood.

jannie, I'm doing pretty good. I have good days and bad days. I'm starting to feel alot more tired, but I'm not sleeping all that great at night so I'm sure that doesn't help. But I'm good. Only 50 more days until my c-section!!

Grant's such a cutie! I like his Christmas-y blanket sleeper he's wearing. I lvoed blanket sleepers for Alyssa when she was little-keeps them all warmand snuggly!

Do you do Santa with Grant? If so, do you think he'll be scared of him this year?

I can't believe you only have 50 days left! It seems to have flown by--for me anyway! :o)

Grant will be terrified of Santa. He's having major stranger anxiety right now and I've already gotten him near the Santa area at the mall and he's not interested AT ALL. I dont think there's any way I'll get him close enough for a picture, but I'll try.

I too love the blanket sleepers. He doesn't like blankets or covers over him so these keep him nice and warm, and the legs don't hike up because they have built in feet!

Yep, that's why I loved blanket sleepers too-Alyssa always kicked off her blankets.

Hey, one time when Alyssa was scared of Santa, she stopped about 3 feet from him and looked at me then looked at him and said "I want a baby and a stroller please". it was so cute! There was no way she'd go sit on his lap though! I think she was 3 or 4 then.

My kids were too scared to sit on Santa's lap, but once I got them to at least stand near him and talk to him. I have a photo taken over 50 years ago of myself crying on Santa's lap. I think it's a common fear.

Awwwwwwww that Grant is the handsomest Santa I've ever seen! And next year Santa will have a little elf to help him!
I agree with Eliza Ann, you know how you don't think a good thing can improve with age, but by golly our Grant does!
