Taking Dan all the way could backfire. At this point, he's been best at not messing over other people. All the others, except Fabio, have been jerks.

Dan and Fabio to the final? Fabio wins. Dan and anyone else? Dan wins.

I'm sick so I dozed off for a while and then woke up to see Jane throwing water on the fire. And then there was tribal. I didn't understand why the three not in an alliance didn't vote for Holly. At the very least they could have tied it unless they just wanted Jane gone. I agree. She was irrational.

Fabio surprised me with his little tirade about not going to reward.

I have liked Jane from the beginning, but her hissy fit last night was a real turnoff. I was surprised that Dan, Fabio and Jane didn't vote for Holly. That was their best shot at making it to the finals, after the other three admitted they were targets.

This has been a good season! I hope Dan doesn't win because he doesn't deserve to. I'm not sure who my favorite is now.

Some background:

The women in my bloodline are crazy. We will be perfectly nice and pleasant and normal, then WHAMMO. We do something so crazy and off-kilter it makes your head spin. We call it the "dog rage". You know, like a jack russell terrier or springer spaniel, when they suddenly turn on their owners, then go back to be the sweetest thing? Yeah like that. Dog rage. My grandma, my mom, my aunts, my sisters, DD, we all have dog rage.

So there we were, DH and DD and I watching survivor. And Jane dumps the bucket on the fire and says "I started that fire, and I am gonna be the one who puts it out". We stare in shock, then DD calmly says "Wow. Dog Rage". Then we all laughed like idiots for 10 minutes.

Good thing for PVR, we had to pause the TV or miss what came after that until we came back to our senses.

Dances - who has the dog rage too but is on medication and rarely bites her owners any more.

I think Fabio's tirade had to do with the fact that Chase constantly says one thing and does another. I think that Chase blew any chance he had of winning last night. He is a doofus.

I also think Dan probably could win, but not likely. He has ridden coat tails through the whole game, and everyone knows it. OTOH, he really hasn't ticked anyone off.

I think it just depends on who wins the next immunities, because all the others have a legitimate shot at a million bucks.

I think the final 3 will be Chase, Fabio and Sash, and I hope Fabio wins it all!

I thought Jane throwing the water on the fire was great. I would have loved it if they had all voted Holly off.

I thought it was a really dumb move for Fabio, Dan and Jane not to vote off Holly. But Jane blew it anyways by voting for Sash.

I thought it was great watching her put out the fire
AND calling Holly on ruining those shoes. Which, by
the way, why on earth would you wear them to survivor
anyway? LOL Jane knew she was the 4th person in that
4 person alliance. She even said it last night. She just
honestly believed that they would take her to the final
4. I don't think she had any illusions about going to the
end. I thought her fire thing was hilarious. Chase is
really a space cadet! I love Fabio! hahahahaha

in previous seasons, didn't the family members get to go
back to the camp site with their survivors?

They really haven't shown much of Dan in this whole series, at least not much of him talking. I have to wonder- how much bragging did he do in the first few days to drive Holly so crazy that she stole and sunk his overpriced shoes? I mean, how many people know how much any of YOUR shoes cost you? And seriously, who takes such expensive shoes to play survivor? I'd be wearing the most sturdy, weatherproof clothes and shoes in the week before it's supposed to start, just in case they decided to spring it on you after dinner out somewhere.

Knowing Holly better now, I imagine that she has promised Dan a new pair of shoes.

And Jane claiming to be so ethical- didn't she catch a fish and keep it for herself? In some ways, isn't that as bad as stealing food, by not sharing? She had to go to camp and sneak some fire out to cook it for herself. I don't think she is as honest as she would like to think.

Dog rage! Ha. Runs in my family too. We blame it on being part Irish. Maybe we're all Irish Setters. lol

Family rewards are done several different ways, I think. Some away from camp, some at camp, some overnight, some not.

I know, but I thought I remembered the "losers" that
didnt' get to go have the feast, at least got to
see their loved ones for a time at camp. But you are
right (yes, I said that! lol) They change things up!

the cast never changes do they? like a bunch of sheep...jeff tries to get them to really play the game, and they're all too chicken! they could have had a blast lsr night if they'd dared to....

I have no idea why the other three didn't vote off Holly although I like her .Jeff mentioned it and it would have been a good strategy for them. Jane is not my favorite but I can see why she lost her temper. She was hurt by Chase's betrayal. I think he's clueless. Everyone thought Fabio was but I think I want him to win. Dan should never even be considered. He has been the weakest player since the first day with his $1400 shoes. I had forgotten about Holly throwing them in the ocean. I don't remember what kind they were, but why would you bring shoes like that to Survivor?

I laughed my butt off over the fire! Good for her! I agreed with the thought process on that one. I remember the fish episode but what was the reason she did that? I do not like Sash, I think he's a snake in the grass. But I think they all realized that if she made it to the finals they were sunk, Jane would have won it. I agree, on the surface taking Dan is the smart thing to do....unless he sneaks in there and takes it. He has not really upset anyone.....

I think the guys may have went ahead and voted Jane off for the same reason the others want her off she could win at the end no one wants to go to the end with her.

I wish Fabio had not blubbered last night about not getting to be with his mommy he should have outed Chase for not keeping his word about taking him on a reward. I would have done it when the losers went back to camp and when the other three came back now is the time to influence the people that end up on the jury.

Having that all come out in front fo the jury gives them alot to think about in the end.

I want Fabio to win he has to fight for it NOW! I do not want Dan to win he just floats along all dumb like:(

Did anyone watch the Ponderosa episodes with Jane part 1 & 2? OR the clip of just Jane putting driftwood in her bag? She really thought she could win.....up until her talk with Chase....

I thought she was certainly deserving.....

I'm pulling for Fabio! I enjoyed last nights show, but goodness, Jane showed her true colors.

I'm glad you posted this,because i fell asleep on it!!!! LOL,LOL I don't think i even saw the first 5 minutes of it.My GS had called me earlier to remind me and i did turn it on,when i saw the tv again,letterman was on.

I was weeding out my sewing room yesterday and guees i was more tired than i thought.So thanks for the updates.

I'd love to see Fabio win too. I love the way he plays it low,dumb and clueless. The kid is SMART. I think he would be the one most likely to benefit from the money and use it wisely despite his youth.

According to the spoiler boards there was a lot that went on during tribal that wasn't shown. Jane accused Sash of something that he denied. The cameras were turned off for a while while it was discussed.

If you watch the extras at CBS look at the video where they show everyone's vote and what they say. Both Janes and Sash's part of the video were edited. It's very clear especially with Jane that she said a lot more and it was cut.

I don't think Jane is the sweet person they are editing her to be. And I also think this shows why people are so often blindsided and not told they are being voted out. Jane was told and it wasn't pretty!

Fabio and Chase had had a talk earlier in the day wherein Chase promised him that he'd take Fabio with him on the reward if he won. And Fabio promised that if he won, he would choose Chase to come along. Fabio and his mother live in different states and only see each other about twice a year. As Fabio said, Holly and her husband live together, so it wasn't as big a deal for them to get to go on the reward as it would have been for Fabio and his mother. And before you bring up the fact that Holly and her husband spent their 25th anniversary apart while Holly has been playing Survivor, it really wasn't much of an anniverary reward for them if they couldn't be alone together doing the horizontal mambo.

I doubt the cameras were turned off for any discussion during tribal council. It's a well-known fact that those tribals usually last around and hour and a half to two hours, and have been known to last even longer than that. It's just that it's always severely edited to make it seem like it's only 15 minutes or so.

I cannot believe Fabio, Dan and Jane didn't vote for Holly. Jeff practically told them to do it. And Jane voting for Sash, that was retarded, she knew he had an idol. I know some think the crying jag by Fabio about the reward was a bit much but he's only 21 years old. He's a baby. And Sash promised him.

I really don't like Sash. He didn't even seem genuine when he was standing there with his mom talking. He seems like a very cold and calculating person to me.

Chase is an idiot. With his big eyed innocent stare. I don't know if it's an act or if he is really just truly unintelligent.

I hope Fabio wins. Sunday is going to be great!!!

I'm rooting for Fabio and Holly, I would be thrilled if either one of them wins. I imagine they'll vote Holly off if they can, though, because if she goes to final tribal with Sash and Chase, she'll probably get the most votes because of her selfless act a few shows back.

I don't like Sash or Chase at all -- I never did. I would like to see Holly or Fabio win.......Sash is evil and Chase is a hick and dumb.
