For those who use parchment paper or those who don't like it!

On the Silpad post several people indicated that they didn't use parchment paper because it burned.

Now you can buy Martha Wrap. No - it's not a duck taped Martha Stewart although I had visions of Martha covered with silver foil with a huge red bow around her waist. It's a combination of foil and parchment in one wrap so it combines the insulation of foil with the nonstick protection of parchment. The foil is thicker than usual foil to resist tears.

According to the box it's oven safe to 420 degrees and can be used for baking, steaming, roasting and pouch cooking. Her wwebsite says is can be purchased at Safeway for $4.99 for a 40' roll. In my area (Philly) it's available at Genuardi supermarkets.
