We must be addicted to the KT since we...

...take digital pictures, copy them to the computer, open in a photo program, rotate if necessary and probably resize them for general consumption, upload to a photo hosting site, click for public use, copy link, and post in the KT for any given topic.

Just a few thoughts since it took me 30 minutes or so, all told, to get my Xmas tree pix onto the KT. Of course, a lot of that is because the Opera browser is goofy with Photobucket, so I had to switch back to Safari for a while, but still....

Personally, I would get a realtor who is recommended by people in the neighborhood. It would not be worth saving the 1% in realty fees to deal with all the hassle of buyers, realty ads, reviewing contracts, etc. Also, the realtor should know how to present your house professionally and to target it to the appropriate buyers. If you cant get the price you want, maybe you can consider renting it out?

Roc...if you noted above I also had the blue pearls which I thought I returned but apparently didn't since I found the buggers a few days ago. I haven't seen any more of the blue pearls at my Walmarts. They all look like the Euro Perls encluding the jug I bought a few days ago. Yes I bought more as I plan to test these and check for scent changes. I will do a small load of older bath towels that we don't use with them and chart down what I smell after there washed, than I'll put them away for a few weeks and than pull them out and use them charting the scent again. I'm looking for that rancid scent. And how long it takes an opened bottle to *go bad*.... I realize I have better things to be doing but I'm trying to figure out if the US pearls turn rancid in the bottle after its been opened awhile, if it turns rancid in the clothes after they sit awhile or if this stuff is just plain junk. I loved the US pearls for many months, smelled great, did a wonderful job on whites and suddenly my bottle sat for going on 2 months without being used and bam..rancid. not everyone is having a bad issue with this stuff, some have great results. As some of you know I collect laundry detergent. ..I don't open vintage or discontinued detergents but if I'm testing a current day brand that for whatever reason I don't use for laundry I use it in the toilet bowl than scrub with the brush. Exterior gets wiped down with either a solution of chlorine bleach and water or dispisable antibacterial wipes. My toilets (2) get cleaned daily. Its an OCD thing.

I was a total rink rat when I was a kid. I won my first transistor radio (first place ladies all ages) in a speed skating contest for the public. I think I must have been around 11. Because I won most of the races I had to start back at the wall instead of the starting line along with a couple of older girls that were in speed club. My older brother worked as a floor guard and in the summer I would go with him to open up and stay all day when I didn't have a competition. Sunday was club day and we had classes and practice. Then private lessons after school during the week. Friday nights there was a sock hop after the last session. So much fun and all the rink romances . LOL The manager's daughter and I were friends and we both got puppies at around the same time. We would bring them to the rink with us and they'd run around with us while we skated until the rink opened for the public.

It's funny! Why do you all think we are so attached to this? I have friends that tell me to 'get a life'! I do find it addictive.... it's like I feel a need to be nosy and find out what is going on with everyone! LOL. Actually, I enjoy all the different postings and pictures you all share. Must admit, I've even learned a few things from all of you!

Think about this....what would we all do if the internet went away for good? I think about it often....it's scary to me because this takes me to places I'll never go, pays my bills (with my money LOL) and keeps me connected to family and friends more than if I didn't have it. I have met so many people at the KT and the crafts forum and some have become very close friends and I've never laid eyes on them! I'd say it's an addiction......I'd be so lost without it all!
