We had a wide spread power outage in our area last evening, from 6:30 till just after 2:00 this morning. Of course our generator was not here, our our son had borrowed it. We did get the fireplace insert fired up and our son in law came and carried in some wood from our attached garage. I also plugged in the corded phone, then I went to bed. I finally fell asleep till two of our daughter's called. I did wake up when the electricity came back on. So Happy New Year's Eve everyone!
