Does this sound fun or lame?

Chloe is turning 9 this month, and wants to have a slumber party. However, we know that two of the girls she wants to invite aren't allowed to do sleepovers yet (there may be more in this situation). Plus, Chloe won't sleep over anyone else's house, and we feel funny inviting kids to sleep here when she won't sleep there.

So, I had the idea to do a slumberless slumber party, doing everything that we'd do at a slumber party and then taking the kids home when it's time to go to sleep.

What do you all think of this. Fun or lame? I know I didn't go to slumber parties until 5th grade and they're all in 3rd grade, so I'm hoping we can get away with it.
