last call christmas card sign up

This is the last call for the Christmas Card Exchange Sign Up. If you would like to join us, please email me thur my page with your real name, KT name, and your address. Right now we have 39 of us. If your name is not on the list, and you have emailed me, please let me know. This is who we have so far. I would like to get the list emailed by this weekend, so you have plenty of time to get them ready for the mail. It's a little earlier than I originally planned on, but decided it would be better to do it early so they could be enjoyed longer. Please try to have them in the mail by the first week of December.

I went into the PO today, had to send a cd of pictures and had no idea how much postage for it, so I asked about postage for the exchange. I was told that they can only raise the price of stamps once a year, and they had been denied raising it for this year already, so it won't go up before Christmas. US to Canada is 80 cents US postcards are 29 cents US to most of Europe is 98 cents, depending. I don't know what it will be for those out of the US sending to the US, and he couldn't tell me. It has been so great over the past few years to get cards in the mail nearly every day through the holidays, I really enjoy it. Bringing this back up. I hope some more will sign up! You have until Thursday evening to sign up. Then I will divide up the list and email them out. Remember, you only HAVE to send to those on the list in which your name appears. After that, if you want, you can send to anyone or everyone else on the list. Counting me, we have 26 signed up. Thank you for letting me know you have received the email. Mary, thank you for asking about DGD. She is doing fine now. All the sparkle is back! She still has to have her breathing treatments every 6 hours until Thursday, then only as needed. Doing good!

I'm still in the process of making my cards. Tami I hope you sign up too! Each year I decorate with all the beautiful cards I receive from the KT.

Yes, I am signing up, I just haven't added me to the list. I'll be last!

Please, if you want to sign up, do it now. I want to make sure everyone receives their cards in time to decorate with them. Please, remember that it will take a week for the Canadian people to receive their cards from the US and at least two weeks for Europe/Australia to receive theirs. I know times are tough this year. If you would like to participate, but the postage for regular cards is a little much, post cards are 27 cents in the US. You can always buy the post cards in the business section (like labels and business cards) where you find the photo paper, ect in Walmart, and run them thru you photo program with whatever picture you would like on them, and send those! Maybe you have a great pic of last year's tree, or a beautiful waterfall, or snow scene. Make use of them! I have started using some of the pictures we take on our travels and turning them into cards, get well, thinking of you, birthday, ect. Could even be your pets. Can you tell I am trying to learn to think outside the box?! Please join us.

If you are a newbie, there are a number of people willing to exchange with you. I guess next year, if I organize it, I won't restrict it like I have in the past, due to the reaction I got this year.
