Hitting refresh...refresh....refresh

Everytime I am here today which has been lots I keep hitting refresh to see if we have a Oliver yet! LOL

I imagine Nicole is working hard about now....I hate to leave cause I just *know* Claude is gonna post while I am gone and I will miss it! LOL

    I'm waiting too Connie. Hopefully it'll be soon, as I'll be leaving about 3:30 to help my sister at a bazaar at the school. Then my 1 DGD is singing in their Fall Festival, and the other DGD is going to be dancing after the musical.

    Oh, Sue, you answered a question. As a kid in a neighborhood of big, old houses with lots of kids, we used that phrase. But we said, "Ollie, Ollie oxen free." I never did know why that was the phrase used. This version explains a lot. And maybe Ollie is All ye or some such.

    Check this out on Google Wikipedia - the first explanation is thought to be false, but the rest are interesting. I typed "Olly Olly Oxen all come free" to see what would turn up.
