Calling the bread-makers....

Help.... I've been making bread in my bread-machine successfully for months.

Last nite I made a loaf, and it came out real short, yeasty and moist. So it's now bread crumbs. I took the yeast and butter out and left them overnite to see if that was the problem. I made another loaf this morning, but the dough was very wet, the paddle was having a tough time. I added some more flour, and the second kneading it was struggling.

The bottom of the dough was chewed up so I took it out, kneaded it by hand and have it rising in the oven in a bowl.

Do I now shape it in my loaf pan and let it rise again, then bake?

I have no idea what steps need to be done.
