I just bought tickets, today, for my DIL's birthday, which is Halloween, to see Riverdance Farewell, Feb. l. She better love me for that!

When I heard the PussyCat Dolls were on, I knew what to expect. They don't belong on this family show. Bad taste.
I know, the dances are pretty suggestive sometimes, but that's a little different, IMO.

Thankfully, the "entertainer" is gone!

What happened with that whole strange Pussycat dolls and singer anyway? It looked all flubbed up, which only made me laugh because I thought they ALL looked like a bunch of hookers anyway. They were even looking at each other, deers in the headlights... omg what is happening! TV is really going downhill.
I haven't had time to watch much DWTS. I can't say I'm missing much from what I've seen so far.

I don't usually watch it but fell asleep in my chair & the loud music startled me. Looked up to see those vulgar dancing girls & thought, Good grief, if that's what they're showing on primetime TV, what the dickens must strippers be doing these days...or has TV run them out of business?
Shoulda' watched long enough to see a few commercials so I could've complained to sponsors.

I already wrote to ABC to complain. I wouldn't have said a word if the show was on at 10:00, but this was just stupid of the network.

Who were the sponsors? Does anyone remember? I'll write, if I can figure it out.

I wasn't impressed by the Pussycats at all. For one thing, I couldn't understand the lyrics (if there were any) they were singing and the costumes were just awful. Looked like a couple of them were going to pop out of them at any minute.

On the bright side, Cloris finally got eliminated. The first week she was entertaining, after that it was all downhill. I was especially irritated when she'd butt in on whoever Samatha was talking to and make jerky remarks. Her butt in on the kids was totally uncalled for.

Maybe it's just me, but I think Cloris reminds me of Phyllis Diller.

I used to like her as an actress, but I think she
has dementia setting in or something. Why on earth
would they put her on a dancing show, when she obviously
can't dance and just makes a fool out of herself?

Stopped watching it, but glad they finally dumped her.

It took weeks but she's finally gone. I think DWTS is losing some viewers this season for sure. The group dances lately are really poor but now that she's gone, that's a big help IMHO.

I'm glad we can finally focus back on dancing and not Cloris anymore :) I wonder if Corky is breathing a sigh of relief as well lol

Let's hope for no more injuries this week. I think Susan needs to head home soon.

I actually thought that Cloris did a passing job at dancing at 82 especially in Heels. I'm not as old as she is but can't wear heels anymore. If she had just kept her mouth shut and not tried to act like a teen I think we would have respected her more. Her partner Corky is one of the most respected Dance teachers in the country I feel sorry that he was involved.

I did see the end when they let her go, thank goodness...I really wish I would have seen Michael Flatley...His shows are unbelievable...I have 2 grand daughters that do Irish step dancing and I know about the rigors of practicing etc. He is amazing.....

I am so happy to read that Cloris is gone...I may just tune in again and follow along.

I've nothing but respect for Corky. It could not have been easy to do the regular job associated with this show, and then deal with her personality and age. He acted like a gentleman and a true professional.

If ABC wants to include 82 year olds, then they should devote a season to seniors. Why not? It might be fun to watch elderly sports/movie/TV personalities. Putting 18-year-olds with 82-year-olds stacks the deck, and makes the show awkward for those who are at both ends of the bell curve!

I'll be happy when Susan is gone too! She needs to keep acting and leave dancing alone. She does need to eat a sandwich.....as someone else said.
Cloris does remind me of Phyllis Diller also. I was watching her on inside edition or entertainment tonight last night, and she was a very attractive women in her day. She really did great for her age, gotta give her some credit for just getting out there.

I'm also, glad she will not be back next week. Now I think it is time for Susan to go. Altho I like her, I think her talents are more in the acting arena. I hope they bring Corky back next season to dance with a more talented star. I was disapointed with Micheal Flatley's dance. I've seen him in his celtic shows and expected more than his just dancing on a box. Flames and smoke aside. JMO. Dottie

Dottie, Michael Flatley was very sick in 2006 and I believe, almost died from a viral infection. Perhaps after that, he doesn't dance much at the level that he once used to??
