Problem with a bank, what to do?

I am having some issues with an online bank and keep getting a runaround. Does anyone know what I should say to get some action? I want to sound like I know what I'm talking about, is there a regulatory committee or something like that. I did check google, but I'm confused. Help!

Is it a online only bank? FDCA insursed? I think all banks are under some regulation, but State banks rules are not a strick ad federal ones, like Wells Fargo and Bank of America. If you want to emai me and maybe I can help. Use to work for a bank for many years.

...wondering if I use a pesticide if it will kill the good guys too? Likely. The good guys have to have something to eat to show up. The only way they can get to work is to be left alone. I love Lady Banks and Lacey Oaks. I have both of these plants. I'd choose the Oak too. Lady banks get HUGE. The largest rose in the world is a Lady banks rose. It's in Tombstone,AZ and covers 8,000 square feet. I put my lady banks where it would provide privacy and cover some less than desireable trees that also provide privacy. I will probably take them out when my "real" hedge kicks in down the road. I only really have room for one LB and I'm keeping my purple one that doesn't get as large. I just took out two giant lady banks roses that were totally distroying the fence. They only bloomed for 3 weeks out of the year and the monster had big canes growing through the wooden fence. I'm replacing them with something that will bloom longer and not be so hard to control.

You probably have but double check to see if the rest of that missing months payment went where it should have. You might want to ask for something for your accounting records showing the amounts owed when the company closed it's books on your account.

Couple suggestions:

Don't try to sound like you know what you're talking about. *Know* what you're talking about! Do your research. Ask questions. Ask for help. Learn from every stage.

Don't make idle threats. Businesses will call bluffs nearly every time. Don't be foolish enough to say you're "talking to a lawyer". They don't care. They have lawyers. They'll laugh and know you don't know what you're doing.

Keep your cool. Decide what you really need.

Find a local community bank and get to know the employees. You will get great service.

I should have reposted to Marie. She gave me the CEOs name, and I called his office. Now I know I didn't reach his office, but I did reach the administrative division, and a woman helped me out with my problem. She bypassed the department that was giving me the runaround and I should be getting my money back. Thanks, Marie!

I would never do banking business with an online bank because of problems like you just stated. I want to be able to go in and talk to someone about the problem.
