Couple new pictures/update

Hi everyone, just thought I'd post a couple new pictures of the kids (not the best, they're taken from my phone) and give a little update.

Grant was 4 in July. Can you even believe it??? I can't. He's so not a baby anymore. He's like a little grown up person. He is the sweetest little thing and wants to help and work. He's just like his dad. He's very mechanically inclined and is CONSTANTLY using his mind to figure things out. He has one more year of preschool before he starts kindergarden. Scary.

He's growing like a weed and is bigger than most kids his age. He's tall. Definitely doesn't get it from his 5'2" mommy!

Camryn will be 21 months on the 22nd of this month. She's changing so much. She's interacting and communicating alot more in the last month or so. She's testing her independence and just wants to do everything herself. She's really happy and just goes with the flow. I can't believe she's going to be 2 years old in a few months.

We're not having anymore kids but I'd be lying if I said I wouldn't miss having a baby. I absolutely love the newborn stage. I am sad I wont ever have another baby. But those babies grow into toddlers, then kids and neither want more than 2 of them!

They are both such sweet, good looking kids. Camryn now has a big toothy grin that's just adorable. Grant looks like a handsome young man.

I remember the day that my youngest went to kindergarten. I most definitely didn't want anymore children, but I felt sad that my 'baby' was now entering the big, bad world.

I cannot believe how Grant has grown. Look at those long legs! I remember pictures of him when he was younger with his tools "fixing" things. So cute.

Camryn looks tall, too. She also looks like she's full of fun and mischief :-)

I never missed that new baby stage. I loved watching how my daughter changed. Sometimes it seemed like it was just overnight.

Well guess what...I know I have too many daylilies in my garden when I can't even remember what I planted this past Spring! Stargate Portal just opened this morning, so I don't have to add it to my wish list after all! Yours looks much nicer though, since mine was deluged with a downpoor that ruined the petals. Hi Beautiful palms. !! Yet even more species I'm unfamiliar with lol. I've sort of given up on my palms due to my entire grow area being only 25 x75 lol. This space is shared by a shadehouse 3 water gardens and an aviary. lol So removed the big palms but did keep the "understory " slow growers,the queens I'm trying to dwarf. Thanks for the pix. gary

Love your new plumie,it looks healthy, when I got my new cutting I was told to put it in a 1 gal pot and fill the pot with in 2 inches from the top with potting mix, I'm not sure if this right, but I did as I was told by the person that has a few growing in large pots,but I all ways leave a inch or so from the top of all my pots. I hope this helps Bear

Flamey and I both think Grant is very handsome and Camryn is just adorable. Kids do grow up so fast except when they are in one of those exasperating stages! LOL Love the pictures!!

Very sweet children you have there! You have lots of fun years ahead with them. Sorry you are missing having a baby. Personally, I didn't miss that stage but instead loved the elementary school years.

You have beautiful kids!! Enjoy every minute with them; I'm sure you've heard it before, but before you know it, they will be going off to college!! :( I'd go back to "real" motherhood in a heartbeat!!! (mine are 27 & 24).
