Outlaw the TV Show

We've been watching Outlaw regularly, with Jimmy Smits.

We both enjoy it immensely.

It's been cancelled this week.... Poop.

I checked and the show is on Friday as usual (here)

Probably the last one.

I hate it when they cancel shows that I like. I thought Outlaw was very good.

They always cancel the good show and leave on the crappy ones.

I liked Outlaw a lot.

We have picked up a few new shows to watch this season. Blue Bloods is enjoyable. One of the sons, used to be on the show American Dreams which was one of my favorite shows awhile back. We enjoy Castle, which is kind of light and has a little comedy. The Mentalist and The Good Wife and Parenthood are our favorites this year. We are warming up to Hawaii 5-0. We were enjoying Burn Notice the first season, but the second season started to get stale. I do enjoy the characters and the cast. The Closer is another favorite when that is on. We enjoy the craziness of The Middle. What a group! They do make us laugh. I just discovered Numbers on reruns over the summer. I hadn't watched it before. That was a nice cast and an interesting situation with two sons living at home with a dad, one working for the FBI and one a Math professor. Some of that cast showed up in the new show The Whole Truth this fall, but I think it was just canceled. My Mom used to never miss a Murder She Wrote and we would watch that and Cannon, and Matlock among others. DH and I love TCM. Can always find a classic on. They just don't make them that way any more.

Speaking of tv shows, has anyone watched Life and Beth? Hulu

I'm watching it too. I agree; it takes a few episodes to catch you in. I do think it's one of her better shows.

With ALL the blindsides....such as last night....I don't know why idols are not shared more freely to save your ONLY alliance. The blue team was awesome to solve the stacked puzzle when they were so far behind. Nice job blue team! I honestly would NEVER want to play Survivor. Too much trickery going on. I'd never be able to figure out who was playing whom....

Also watched. I like that they vary in length. No "filler" to make an hour or half hour show. Have you watched Capturing Home? Classic Homes? I've watched a few Bespoke Inns, but they are hit or miss. Same with Storefront Stories, and Storied Spaces. Can't say enough about Saving the Manor. (FYI, I watch(ed) these on Discovery+) ETA: I just started watching Old World Homes while having breakfast. A new favorite.

They just don't let a show develop both the plot or characters. When Eveybody Loves Raymond first appeared, the ratings wee low, but the "powers that be" let the show and characters grow and we all know what a hit it went on to be. Geesh! Give the shows a minute, will ya!!!

I liked the show, but I knew its numbers were low and thus its days were going to be limited. I think these shows with huge casts have a hard time because their costs are so high.

I've always loved Jimmy Smits but I haven't seen this show. Maybe I'll get to see some TV after the World Series is over !

That really is sad, I like that show! But Fridays are not a good night, had it been on any other night I bet it would have been just fine.

We like this show. Blue Bloods was too slow.
No Ordinary Family is the best new show this season.
We watched one episode of The Whole Truth and gave it up.
