What's for dinner on Saturday?

I'm going to make a seafood soup of some kind. I'll invent as I go. I've got a small amount of two different kinds of fish thawing, shrimp, fresh crab meat, might slice up some smoked sausage ala my Lowcountry days, onions, celery, carrots, peas, corn, and baby potatoes. I'm trying the Better Than Bouillon food base for fish instead of just chicken broth, cream, and buttah. What else do I need?
