Good morning, OF! Yes, I love eggs and enjoy them all of the ways you've mentioned and more. They are an important source of protein for me. Eggs also get used in meat balls, veggie and salmon patties, casseroles, quiche, and many other cooked or baked dishes.

Let's see.....as far as poultry goes, I've eaten the eggs of quail, duck, goose, turkey, and guinea.

Sunny side up for breakfast, and egg salad sandwiches.
They give me gas sometimes.

I incorporate eggs in many baked and cooked dishes, but my stomach just does not do well with a cooked egg on its own.

Over easy, scrambled. I enjoy omelets but make them only occasionally, I'll order them if eating out.

We've been spoiled for eggs the last year. A friend has an assistant in his office who keeps a flock of 'girls' of assorted breeds as 'contributing pets'. We sometimes have more eggs than we're going to use and I'm sharing them myself. Eggs of all shell colors and sizes, and the yolks of all are almost orange, standing up tall in a pan. The girls get a range of fruits and vegetables, scratch around for insects in her garden along with their normal chicken feed.

I love poached eggs on toast that I have prepared. I notice that restaurants do not drain the eggs well and so the accompanying toast is soggy from the water scooped up with the eggs. Thus I only eat poached eggs that I have prepared correctly.

I love to add lots of hard boiled eggs to tuna salad and potato salad.

I also enjoy a lovely omelet for dinner and like to add sauteed onion, mushrooms and peppers, and then stuff the omelet with fresh tomatoes, shredded cheese and ham. Yum.

I remember just a few years ago thinking it was odd that a co-worker didn't like eggs. Now they've pretty much lost appeal for me too. I will eat them occasionally, but not often. As I have for decades, I eat the whites but only part of the yolks.

I do love egg salad sandwiches, though, especially curried with apples.

Some time ago there was a TV ad -- probably by the Egg Board or whatever their marketing group is called. It had a guy with his eyes opened wide and a big grin, saying, "Ah likes eggs!"

We 'likes eggs' too, but usually only have them at Sunday breakfast, and usually over easy or scrambled. I like poached and soft boiled too. It's rare to find good eggs at a restaurant. They don't take time to cook them slowly, and they get 'rubbery'.

Yes we love eggs and pretty much every way mentioned and probably more. My all time fave is Eggs Benedict with wonderful lump crab meat on top. There was a restaurant in Denver that made wonderful Crab eggs Benedict. I have not had it in years but recently found out one of our fave restaurants here also makes them and they have a nice brunch on the weekends we need to try.
I prefer dark brown free range eggs which is what I have in the fridge right now. Well one carton is also organic which I bought at Sprouts. There is definitely a difference in taste, look and texture, and yes those orange yolks stand up proudly!

I am better at eating eggs now than in the past.... they always 'repeated' on me, so I would rather pass. Of late, however, I have been making 'egg-muffins' (like McDonalds, sort of, that DH loves) and I seem able to tolerate a simple poached egg on an English Muffin well, maybe twice a week.When we travel in our motor home, that is a very quick and easy breakfast and clean-up with the little 'egg-poacher thing' in the microwave. I add sausage or some other pre-cooked meat to DH's. He would (and does) eat huge omelets every day, if someone will make it for him (as in DS who lives with us) I love nicely seasoned egg salad....but not often.

I really like scrambled in butter with chopped green onion. So savory and good. The idea of spinach omelet and adding vegetables to scrambled eggs is very appealing but I don't know how. I mean I don't know if you add raw vegetables or what. I'm a caregiver and to be honest I'm just too tired to look it up. I like this forum, it's a good place to come to each day.

I take gas pills if I eat eggs...I do like them, the yolks can be runny but not the whites...no poached, too near runny. My daughter likes only the yolks so for deviled eggs she likes the inside, I like the white part. Scrambled are good too.

Love eggs, probably eat 2 a day, most days. I like them any old way, but recently discovered omelets with goat cheese in the middle, oh YUM! And in cream cheese pancakes, even better!

I like eggs in baked goods.
It gags me to even loom at runny egg yolks.

Love eggs..cooked. :) not sunny side up or soft cooked.

I probably don't eat them as often as I would like though. My cholesterol was a little high, got it back down on my own (no meds) a little afraid to eat them more than once a week.

Yes, I love eggs, usually every morning I have over easy or maybe a "dippy" egg. I have 20 hens that keep us well supplied, plus enough to give away and to sell. I like eggs many different ways, especially in noodles!

My husband love basted eggs, in water. No grease less problems for him. I like the scrambled ones.

We go through a few dozen eggs a week. I eat them almost every day. Last night I made a casserole using a full dozen eggs;

Do you remember the doctor telling the mother in "Angela's Ashes" that she'd be well in no time with only an egg a day? Do you remember how impossible that was in her state of poverty?

Eggs are ok for many diabetics. They have very little carbohydrates and therefore do not cause the blood glucose to spike.
