My friend put it in a condo remodel and it looks wonderful. The negative comments have been on the high shine. If you have it in an area with lots of sunlight its going to show every speck of dust etc, but that isn't a product issue as much as a design issue. Its about the best looking 'fake' wood product on the market and think you'll be pretty happy with it. Laminate like any flooring people sometimes have expectations set just a tad too high.

Link to pictures of SusaneLewis's Pradoo Laminate Floor with custom solid maple wood transition pieces is below. My original post disappeared when I wanted to check that the link worked hence, I will reply again but my reply will not be as long since I have two more deadlines that I must work on tonight. The flooring looks very realistic and is beautiful in color and in the grain it has a picture of. I love the way it looks with the moldings on the walls and how well it goes with your furniture and decor. The transition pieces are so perfect and really look nice. Thank you so much for sharing. I also love the tile it is up against. How does it feel to walk on? Is it slippery? Congratulations on your new beautiful floors. ma-bookreader, I haven't actually lived on the floor yet and won't be for a while. However, I did bring a few planks to this house and set them on the floor in the kitchen just to "drool" over them. I have lots of pets so by the next morning they were pretty dirty with foot prints and spots. All I did was take a microfibre cloth with some water, wiped it and it dries instantly with no streaking and no elbow grease needed. I do believe it will show spots, etc. more readily than say a lighter color or satin finish and having it in the kitchen will be high maintenance, but the maintenance is so easy, it's not really a big deal in my opinion, any way. Armstrong sells special cleaners and mircrofibre mops for cleaning and it's just a matter of a spray and wipe. Let me know if you get it and by all means post some photo's.

Well, I took a break today since I have not had a vacation after my nonstop deadlines. I took my friend out for a belated birthday lunch and then we went to a few flooring stores near her (she lives almost 1 hour south of me) and I got to see the Bruce Park Avenue Pradoo and the Grand Illusions Cabrueve installed on the floor and they both were beautiful and to me looked so realistic. My friend does not like reddish colors so she did not like either floor. The Exotic Walnut looked so real. I was wishing they would have he Makore there also but they did not have that installed on the floor or a big sample of it. Having it on the floor with many planks next to me would have helped so much. I was amazed at how realistic the Pradoo was with the knots also in it. The Cabrueve in person in long planks installed was so much nicer than the small samples and the pics I see online. I fell in love also with the Doussie and the Brazilian Cherry floors they had on display. They did not have an Amendoim for me to see. I am going to go to another place on Thursday that has all of these woods and laminates on display and then finally make a decision. Maybe I have to stop thinking of resale and if I would have problems selling if I move my furniture and the color is different or if I have laminate. I think maybe I need to finally figure out what I love an just take a chance since I am seeing so many people have such different tastes.
