I couldn't get on today, Monday, around 11 am! Maybe it will be more than one day.

It could have been your winter, a freeze at the wrong time could have done the flower buds in, I almost lost my rhubarb patch which I've had for years from the winter we just had, freezing doesn't bother rhubarb if fact it needs it but having a very mild winter and then the deep freeze after it started to grow almost wiped it out. Or... it could be your forsythia bloomed it's heart out last year and just needs to recuperate. Lilacs sometimes take a year off, if this happens the trick for these guys is the year they're loaded with bloom is to take half of them off so they don't poop themselves out and have the strength to give a decent flower show the following year. I try not to look at it because everytime I do I think about Kate Batts. I still have little minor flashback freak-outs now and then from the stories my Grandparents told me about the Bell Witch when I was six! Grandad farmed the old Bell place back in the 40's & 50's. I've always had an interest in the stories but sometimes a visual throws me back to pre-pubescence. So...... I HATE THAT STUPID PICTURE!!! Yes, we did have a thread about her last year of the year before. It's offical, nobody likes it! I think I even emailed Spike about her. Every other Forum has nice pictures and we get stuck with evil creepy chick. I never got a reply.

Marie, it's at the top of the message column. That's where you get access to all of the pages associated with this particular forum. Just click on the one you want, like Exchanges, then when you want to come back to this page, click on Discussions. Gallery is for posting pictures of quilts; Conversations is for off-topic stuff, like recipes, diets, grandchildren stories, etc. None of them are widely used on this forum but some of the forums have a very active Conversation page. Usually means trouble is gonna follow....or more ads or "enhancements" like that Vibrant thing that seems to have started the downslide a while back.....

I read that yesterday and my first thought was "here comes trouble"! :( Hopefully they'll get all the bugs and kinks out quickly!

Too bad we don't still have a chat room...I checked it out a couple days ago thinking I would post to see if anyone wanted to gather there...but it's not there anymore.

If we still had it we could have all gathered there that wanted to.

I miss the chats we used to have. They were fun and it seemed like we got to know each other better.

Maybe I'll look into finding another free place.

I noticed that ...

... plus, I noticed the wheat-field that sprouted and grew in the middle of the stuff that I was reading.

I have a wheat field at home - don't need one in the middle of the page that I'm reading.

They do harvest it rather quickly, though (to give the devil his due).
