Cher has had so much plastic surgery that when she speaks, parts of her face don't move. I was a big fan of her and Sonny when my aunt worked for them and took care of Chastity when she was a toddler. I got to visit my aunt and chat with Sonny & Cher a couple of times. Now I think she just looks ridiculous with a 30 year old face. I guess that is how she makes her money.

I missed a few mins of the beginning. I think that Patti LaBelle was elegant, Suzanne Sommers was a disappointment, I thought that she would be much better since she appears to be in great shape for her age, and I think she did some dancing on stage. Rumer Willis was a pleasant surprise. she and Val did great. She looks like the one to beat at this early point.

I also think that Derek should not have put up that photo of Bindi and her dad at the end of their dance last night. For the dance those two did several weeks ago that was dedicated to Steve Irwin, it was appropriate. But last night, it was overly pandering, and Bindi, imo, doesn't need the manipulation of people's emotions to win this thing. I think Bindi can do it based on her own merits, and Derek should trust the process and accept the outcome instead of trying to heavily influence it.
