I guess we all can verify the statement, all we have to do is watch the news.

1. Potato leek soup or any other cool-weather soup from the garden's bounty. 2. Pie, pie, pie...whether it be apple or pumpkin. 3. Pot roast

Ooooh, I did this wrong. I was supposed to name three. Well, duh! I just picked one from clubm's list. 8-) Okay. Three simple things I want. My house finished. Nothing fancy. My yard in order. Much more involved than my house. A barn for my horses and a new Possumtorium for my possums. Okay...that's 4. I slipped in an extra one.

Name 3 of your favorite house plants...... First of all.........I am NOT lucky with house plants but I managed to keep: 1. My 3 "lucky" bamboo plants....I started them from babies about 2 years ago they PROUDLY stand and thrive at over 2 feet!!! Two are "multi-free standing upright stalks", the 3rd (my favorite) is an "weaved" type plant....new shoots weaving into the original creating a new look! 2. A (huge)philodendron that "leetle seester" gave me almost 10 years ago....I just cut it back, water it and it grows!!! Yes, totally amazing!!!!! 3. SILK, SILK, SILK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All I have to do is pull them down, take the hose to them and they look great!!!! Yes, I have silk plants I have paid big $$$ for and I actually use the garden hose to clean them!
