I really need a 'Do not disturb" sign, LOL

I was all set to watch the program last night, pen & paper in hand, to write the names of the people on each team, but a neighbor dropped by. I did see some of the program, but didn't get the team names or the people, I tried to Google, but still couldn't wander my way around to get the info. Can some one post the Team names & the names on each team? Thanks, gang.

That woman who was voted off was dippy, and she should have kept quiet about HERSELF.! Looks like the coach is going to be pretty Talky also.

Just remember, spray it when you DON'T need to be in the area for a couple of hours, because it is NASTY! Also, if you have neighbors within a couple hundred feet in any direction, they're going to smell it for a little while, too -- so don't spray it when someone has an outdoor wedding or a graduation party happening that day!

Heh -- I just found a new sprout in an old cup, so I may end up with way too many now... but better too many than not enough! It's intersted how the germinate at different times. I have some varieties that are already a few inches high, and some that are just sprouting now.

Tomatoes and peppers in same category as eggplant -- best grown during the summer. Everything else on the list will be great winter crops, however they will not germinate until soil temps are much much lower than now. Nights in the 70's is still too hot for most of those, days in the 70's is more what they like. Not sure when that happens in Phoenix... it was 116 a few days ago when I was passing through! Alternatively you could start everything inside a month or two before you anticipate the right weather conditions, then plant them out to get a jump on things.

I don't think many of the contestants really watch past seasons. I admired the gal that practiced making fire. Maybe she'll be the exception. The one thing that gets me as I watch is that almost from the get-go, they start talking about who will be voted off. And instead of actually voting off the weaker ones (at least for the first few eliminations), they vote off who they consider will be 'threats' towards the end of the show. But since they vote off the stronger, they don't win challenges.....etc, etc.

I like to read Jeff's blog.

Dotmom, I know exactly how you feel...Right at 8:00, the phone rang and I told my hubby, I'm not talking...I have a feeling, this "friend" does this on purpose, lol....
But, I even had hubby watching...He wanted to see just how far "coach" would go before he messed up his hair or got dirty.....
I agree, the woman that left was dippy...Wasn't she the one that said, her husband said, she'd be the 1st off, just because of her mouth......

Yes, she's the one who said her husband predicted this.

It's usually (not always) the dippy annoying ones who go first. No one wants them around at all, and this one was a perfect example of that. If she hadn't had all the votes before tribal council, she sure did after she opened her mouth!

She dug her own grave at tribal council. I was happy to see her go.

It ticked me off that some from the young team had already decided that Kelly (amputee) should be the first to go because she would get all the sympathy votes.

I liked Jimmy Johnson's strategy of telling everyone to keep him around because no one will give him the votes at the end. I think only a few saw through it.

A few "saw through it," according to your perspective, but I don't think he was trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. Jimmy Johnson is a HUGE fan of the show -- he has watched every minute of every episode since the very first season. He tried out for the show once before, and was a finalist to be on, but when he went for the mandatory physical exam, the doctors found a problem with his heart. He had surgery (he says that Survivor literally saved his life), is in better physical shape, and is now on the show. I, for one, truly believe that he is there because he loves the show and wants the experience of being on it. I don't think he's there for the money at all.

Gadgets, thanks for the link to Jeff's blog, I always enjoy reading his insights on the game.

I think that this season will be interesting, as long as the "elders" can win a few of the early challenges, otherwise I see them getting wiped out in nothing flat, and it will be the typical "pretty people" battling it out.

Lindsey, Sorry but I couldn't help but notice the eye roll of some of his fellow team mates.

I hope Jimmy sticks around for a while. If nothing else, he's a great motivator.
