1. Are you a picture freak? Do you like taking pics etc? Not really. 2. How many photo albums do you own? I have one of the old fashioned kind...like people used all the time before we had computers, and a bunch on my computer and some cds of them. 3. Do you get the oil changed in your car regularly? Every 3,000 miles? Not every 3,000 miles, or I would be doing it every 3 weeks. 4. Do you tire easily? No. I have a lot of energy, I think, considering my age. 5. Do you worry a lot? I have a couple of nagging concerns, but over all, I am not a worrier. 6. Do you currently have any gift cards? No. 7. How many purses do you own? I have one clutch type wallet and that's all...no purses. 8. How many jackets/coats/hoodies do you own? Probably five. 9. Have you ever had a pedicure? No. Would never have one either. (No interest). Are you planting a lot of flowers this year or a few? I always plant a lot...but mostly shrubs and tropicals...not so many flower seeds. Have a great day!! Thanks. You, too, Marilyn.

How much did you weigh when you were born? Somewhere around 8 lbs. Can't recall exactly, and my babybook is in another room... What was the last TV show you watched? Part of General Hospital that was recorded on Thursday. Are you the oldest, middle, youngest, or only child? I am the second of four. What is your favorite season? All of them, but for different reasons.

What is the best bottled water you have ever tried? -It was home bottled, sort of. I was maybe 10, my great aunt Evelyn took us kids on a hike in the mountains around the Shannendoah Valley (where she lived) and showed us a natural spring. We filled dozens of glass bottles with that water. BEST bottled water ever! Never had water like it before or since. And so cold! Also a great childhood memory. ;o) I like bottled spring water, not "purified" water, and probably b/c of that day. When aunt E passed away, I wrote that memory in the card to my uncle. It was just so special to me. I felt like Laura Ingalls Wilder! Do you normally think about yourself before you do others? -Well, no, I am a mom! LOL. I do sometimes think about my family first, before other committments, when it's the right think to do. What is something you must do every single year? It can be anything at all. -Go somewhere by myself, just for the day, on a hike or a long drive. What is one of the worst movies or games you've ever watched or played? -Hm. I'm going with Candyland. I know the kids liked it, but geez I hated to play that game with them! Torturous!

What's the craziest thing that you have ever done in a drive-thru? I've lost my temper a few times. I didn't do this, but my friend did. One time I went to a drive thru with her. She asked if they took credit cards. Answer was yes. In fact, she asked them twice because the person taking the order was not speaking english very well. (My friend is Brazilian and has an accent too). She ordered a bunch of chicken. Got to the window...they handed us the chicken and she handed them the credit card. They said, "We don't take credit cards?" I reached down to hand the chicken back to them, and my friend said, "No, gd-it! I asked you twice if you took credit cards and you said yes, and now I get up here and you say no." (We had to sit and wait about 20 minutes.) "Learn to speak gd english! F you!!" and she drove off. Good grief, I thought the cops were going to come after us, but it was funny. What's the hardest thing that you have had to overcome? Some problems early in my marriage. Have you ever ridden on a float in a parade? Can't remember if I have ridden on a float but I have ridden on a horse and in a stagecoach. What's your favorite type of exercise? Walking. I don't really do any exercise but I walk a lot in my daily routine and do a lot of heavy lifting.

How many keys are on your keychain? One, my house key.

If you were given a canvas and watercolors, what would you paint? A snake. Should be easy enough so that others would recognize what I painted.

Whose mind, besides your own, would you like to control? A certain nephew who at age 29 needs to get out form under his Grandma's roof and support himself.

What is the most dangerous occupation? It is said that fishing is.

Are the trees in your area changing colors yet? Some are, because of lack of rain. Not normal for early September.
