How about a new word game? Make a sentence.

Okay so I started the other 2 games and they are successful. Another one we play on another forum is Make a sentence out of a word.

Example the word to use in the sentence is Fragile.

My sentence is

The package was marked fragile, however it arrived looking like a smashed pancake.

The next word to use is cupcakes

The ladies garden club was having a bake sale and I bought cupcakes.

So you must create a sentence with the given word and you must also remember to provide the next word to use.

Let's start, the word to use is firehouse

My sentence is

You should put the cursor where you want to paste the words but do not paste yet. Leave the cursor there then select the Edit > Paste > Paste Special > Unformatted Text. If you prefer the find and replace method you don't need to use the other but there's no need to do both. Hope this is clear. It's even easier in word 2007. You copy and paste and after you paste a little icon pops up near the pasted text. You click the down arrow on the icon and select 'keep text only, from the drop down menu and that does it. I will post a picture in case the icon shows up in word 2003. In the context menu 'keep source formatting' is selected but you could choose 'paste text only' and that would do what Ginny is trying to do. I copied part of the page I posted a link to above and pasted it in a new word document and here is how it looked when I clicked on the down arrow of the document. That does it in two clicks. Kitchendetective, it's not like we started out with a real sentence in the first place. "Flowers sitting in a pot under the sun loves to bloom." Would have actually made sense if it said: Flowers sitting in a pot under the sun love to bloom. Since the only rule is to change one word, I'd think there's no reason you couldn't just make a word salad, and have nonsense like: Mary hosing out the boy under the influence wanting to play, or Mary taking out the boy under the influence wanting to dribble. Anyway, my next submission is: Mary taking out the boy under my influence wanting to play.
