haven't you found it is so beneficial to your body? MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD, inside and out :o)

It has become a part of my life for the past 12-13 years, PLUS have made so many friends

My body tells me when I miss a few days

    I just started water aerobics about a month ago Glenda and hope to go 3 times a week. It's too soon to tell what effect it will have on my body, but I am enjoying it. My sister has been doing it for years and she loves it too. How many days a week do you go?

    I can't do regular water aerobics, or land either...due to my RA. Can't do any impact exercise.
    I can do deep water aerobics, where you don't touch the bottom of the pool....but the classes at our club charge an extra fee and are very early in the morning (bad timing for people with RA).
    I took one session, and now just do the exercises by myself in the pool.

    I go at least 4 days a week, skip THURSDAY, cause the instructor is not my favorite.

    If I wake early then I go on Saturday, and that is a big IF

    I love to swim and have always been a good swimmer, but we don't have a pool or live near anyone that does,so sadly.. No I don't do water aerobics.. but I wish I could..
