Take my new computer out of the box and set it up. This includes the new monitor, too.

Get a good head start on my Christmas knitting.

Get all of my yarn inventoried and organized. I probably have enough yarn to open a small yarn shop!

Be at the beach (more than 3 times).

Worked with new dog that we found walking on a lonely rode. Was amazed that it is a pit bull Dixie mix! It is a tiny dog, so how did that happen???? Face of a bit and body do a Dixie. Also have my two Grandkids with us. One is out of school and the other ends school this week. Eileen

Azzalea, glad your husband came through surgery okay! Yes, worrying just does one it doesn't it. Hope you feel better soon RavenCajun! (knock on wood) I haven't been sick with a cold in a long time. But with taking the Methotrexate I better get a flu shot this year! Just got through with supper, doing the dishes, sweeping the floor again(cat played with her kibble food on floor and I stepped on it.) Put the dishes away, took a shower and now it is MY time! I might sit with a cup of tea and crochet some more on the new doily I started this morning. Deb

Not recovering from "walking pneumonia" and pink-eye. Not cooking for Thanksgiving. Swore off of it last year, then DH was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Back to the kitchen; he loves leftovers and I don't even like turkey! Finally getting an answer for DHs ongoing weight loss and nausea.

1. Put the garden ... that's been a fiasco this year ... to bed.

2. Patch my garden pants, and shirts ... plus re-sew seams on the shirts (need is great, there).

3. Get a mix-up over Dad's cemetery plots ironed out (put to bed?) . He, 28 years older than I ... died 28 years ago. Brother, executor of Dad's will, was in town the other day and we got some work done on it.

Sort through the photos from our Hawaii/Mexico cruise and have them make sense.

Finish the planning of switching one of the perennial beds with the vegetable garden.

Lose 40 pounds (I don't care, but my doc does).

get my a/c serviced. It's not working! We have 98 degree weather coming in the next couple of days

make some lemonade from scratch. We do that every summer and didn't this one

Summer isn't already over? Football games as of tomorrow. Seems like autumn!

1. Make a road trip to NY to visit friends and family in October.

2. Have several long fishing weekends.

3. Clean all of the windows in the house.

Fix the window glaze on some of my storm windows!

Get more wood pellets.

Get the veg gardens cleaned up and have good enough weather to till them. That's a dream. We've been getting very late frosts for years and then it goes straight to snow. :p
