joan_mn.......I don't play very often...but...yes. As long as the sports questions involve weight lifting or bicycling....ha ha I've never watched a TV sports game, I don't have cable, I don't watch soaps. Makes trivia kinda hard.....ha ha

Woo hoo--guess the computer died before or at the same time I hit the "Play" because I went to see how many hours I'd accumulated and my name wasn't down there. So I got to play. And, wow--45 people today.

I shocked myself this morning getting 9 out of ten. I am horrible at sports, music and film stars. I do a lot of guessing. I also am not fast so I always end up on the bottom.

For all your inquiring minds, I am Crashisok. murraysmom got it right: Crash is ok. Crash was a cat we pulled out of a ditch over 25 yrs. ago. She'd been hit by a car, was near death, and her back legs were paralyzed. AND she recovered! It was amazing to watch her determination to go on, go on and finally heal to where she could jump amazingly high. We had her for 17 yrs. She was way more than ok. A very inspirational living being.
And I am drewsmaga. Drew is my 1st grandchild (the only one I had when I started with KT) and I am his "Maga." (He's 12 now & has 3 younger sibs.)
My real name is Pat & I live north of Houston with DH and have 4 adult kids, 4 GK's within driving distance.

alisande, when we puled Crash out of the ditch (there was water in the bottom and she was trying to crawl out -- ditch was 4 ft. deep with steep banks) she was a nursing mother weighing 4.5 lbs. Her pelvis was fractured in 3 places. 2 teeth were knocked out & 2 were broken. It took about 3 mos. before she was able to walk. To watch her dragging herself around by her front legs, and even crawling up on chair rungs while she was still paralyzed was heart-wrenching. It took her 6 mos. to be able to get up on the couch. She was one determined, gutsy girl.

That really is remarkable. And equally remarkable that you didn't give up on her. You deserve lots of credit.

I couldn't figure out how to get back here. I have been getting the Trivia directly to my email, but I was the only one in my group! So now I found you all again and I've bookmarked this Trivia page so I can play against the "pros" !! I only got 7 right today on this quiz, but got all 10 on the one emailed to me. Maybe they are sending me easier questions. Anyway, it's fun.
