Wooo!!! Cat, I am stuck at home because of the snow storm so wandered around here not looking at anything in particular and came upon your thread. I totally agree with you on the shower curtain choice. Regardless of whether I have the money to spare or not, keeping those suckers clean is a nuisance over time. We have a glass shower door that was installed back in 2003 and I can't tell you how much I hate cleaning it. Not that the door is all that dirty, but a shower curtain is way easier, and you can change the look/style whenever you feel like it. Can't do that with a pricey shower door. Anyway, everything looks lovely as usual, including the "prom" dress :-) Love, love those circular tiles, and the floor tiles that look like fabric. Gorgeous. What colour is that again? It looks greyish on my monitor.

abfabamy - Ooh - interesting suggestion! I'll ask DH if he thinks that would help. And I'm glad you don't think the pull is too small. I'm sure once the hardware is settled, I probably won't give it another thought. (Ahhh - won't that be nice!) Thanks so much for your reply! I have a bad habit of needing to weigh out every option, and "seeing" it. (Probably the Libra in me!) And so, I played around some more in Photoshop and made a version with longer pulls on the middle 24" wide drawers, plus a mixed style version suggested by dianalo. And so... * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Do any of these look like they work best? Or is this all still just a matter of opinion (not right vs wrong) - and I need to somehow make up my own mind? Lol! kateshome: The rear wall is apparently bowed. In the first picture right behind where the white hood trim meets the wall there appears to be a wood shim attempting to abate this; apparently it's not enough. If the hood is shimmed out any further, the gap between the hood and the wall is going to get larger. You have several choices: 1. Shim the hood away from the wall enough to stay on plane with the wall pucker and caulk/paint the gap between the hood and wall. 2. Remove the hood and drywall, shave the stud(s) and reinstall it all flush and flat. 3. Don't stick your head under the hood and look at the crooked part. 4. Remove the vent, recut the front edge to allow it to be pulled forward, shim it to straight on the back wall and cover the shims with trim.

You're right Pepper -- it's such a minor flaw. The faucet is sort of centered on the center of the sink (the divider) and it could be moved over some to the right. But seriously, no big deal at all. Worst case is I end up buying a new faucet eventually. But I love the faucet so I'm just altering slightly how I do some dishes. Gosh, considering all the many larger things that could have gone wrong, this is just a blip on my radar. AND, I didn't know about the cutting board -- didn't have one listed when I purchased the sink ages ago. Off to search it out! I may end up buying it! Thanks.
