That is a whole lot. :( I am so sorry for you, your Mom and your family. Sending loads of healing thoughts and prayers that your Mom can pull through all of this, and that you and your family have the strength to deal with this huge plate of bad news that you've just been given. ((((all of you))))

I, too, am praying that it is contained and totally removed. When my mother had her biopsy done (back in 1965), she understood that she wouldn't know the outcome until she came out of the anesthesia, because the pathologist would do a frozen section and depending on what was found, it would either be over with or she'd undergo a radical mastectomy. She ended up with the radical. Both times that I've had to have lumps removed and biopsied, the pathologist did a frozen section so I knew right away what the results were.

Marie, I will be keeping your DD in my healing thoughts and prayers. I will also keep you and your DH in my prayers. It must be very difficult for you right now. Please keep us updated when you can.

Thank you all, and thank you Dyhgarden. Yes, I agree. My heart hurts for him and his dibilitating head injury. But, he was former military, big, stocky, mid-thirties, and able to own and drive a car. So, in my mind (and others) it was possible that he could have harmed her. He didn’t. He abided the police order and I’m so thankful for that. I’ll keep him in my prayers for his recovery and a happy life, though.
