Thanks Casey. The smokey skies from the Yosemite fires really colored a lot of my photos. At times the sun in our area burned a hot, bright orange and left an eery look to the landscape. I don't know where the jays were finding peanuts but I saw a number of jays with them. Someone at the campground must have put them out. This guy was trying to hide the peanut from me in a dirt hole. I just got back from a trip to Springfield, Illinois where it's all Abe, all the time! Very interesting place to visit. I really enjoyed it. The building and obelisk behind Abe's head is his tomb. Very cool to tour. He, Mary Todd and 3 of their 4 boys are buried there.
