Brad, Luckily I keep a journal of all my daylilies or else I wouldn't remember where I purchase my plants since I have ordered from just about everywhere...lol. I am at about 500 now so nothing is best left to memory! To answer your question: Cat Dancer was purchased in 2011 from Earlybird (Robin Calderon). I know she was selling off most of her plants because of years of drought and now her website shows only a few plants left for sale. She was a very generous seller and her prices were extremely reasonable so it's too bad if she is no longer in business. BUT, I can tell you that Sara Knackstedt of Daylilies by the Pond sells Cat Dancer for only $5 and I have bought from her before and was pleased. She has a website and her prices are really low. You can still order til the last week of this month. Northwind Dancer came from Maryott's in 2011. I do not see it listed any longer on their website. Bombay Silk came from Harmon Hill Farm here in New Hampshire. Carl does do mail-order business but it was not on his 2014 sale listing. He may have it next year if he has enough so you could check his website then. I can attest that Carl sells amazing plants. Another option is Solaris Farms. They have Bombay Silk on their website for $14 although ordering is closed for the year. You could check in January when the new listing is out because they also have Cat Dancer and Northwind Dancer (which were sold out for 2014). Their prices are good. I have ordered from them and their plants are doing great in my garden because they are grown in a cold climate with no pampering. I even have several of their (Nate Bremer) introductions and the best one is Windy Place which I will be featuring it in a post soon because it is still blooming! It began blooming July 7th and is still going like the energizer bunny (sent up instant rebloom). I'm afraid that you probably won't be able to get any of Spirit of the Dove. It came from a very nice lady named Christine Weitz of Gladsome Gardens and it's her own intro. She still has a website up the last time I looked but is no longer doing mail-order business so she can concentrate on hybridizing. (And Liberty Banner, Walk in the Clouds, etc. also came from her since I have many of her intros.). Sorry. Hope this helps! Celeste

I posted my pepper list in another thread. The NMSU varieties I have planted are: NuMex Heritage 6-4 NuMex Heritage Big Jim Nu-Mex Vaquero Barker's Hot Nu-Mex Suave Red Nu-Mex Jalamundo Nu-Mex Pinata I have one Nu-Mex 6-4 plant I may remove this weekend. It possilby has a disease issue. Otherwise most of my plants have done well. I also grow some varieties and selections from a breeder/grower in the Arkansas Rive Valley in CO. His varieties seem to do well here. I think one reason is they have been selected for this climate. And a couple of them along with one native NM chile from an reservation are my top performers to this point. I will post more as they mature and I taste some of them. I have already pretty well set my pepper and tomato lists for next year. With the hail wiping out so many tomatoes and not growing a few peppers I intended too I my lists are fairly full for next year. I received a catalog from Johnny's today. Will order some spinach to grow in the lean to in the late fall and also my corn seeds and a few others I will need for next year. Jay

there have been a coupl recent threads floating around here about energy efficient construction and things to consider. I would read those if you have not done so already. Also check out Green Building Talk for a lot of info from ICF pros as well as geo pros. Here is a link that might be useful: Green Building Talk

I ordered mine a few days ago, but had not seen the nose one. That would be a huge hit with my sons! I am not sure it is the look I am trying for though ;) I ordered a 3 bottle one, but had not seen the 4. Each son has his own shampoo and conditioner (as do dh & I). This will cut down on clutter. I think I may have them share hair stuff for the future and put body wash in the 3rd holder. They are 7 & 8.5 and do not have so much hair, so why is our shower full of products for them? lol.... I can't wait until we redo our master bathroom, so my stuff can finally move in there (makeup and hair styling stuff). It is so ugly and the sink does not work, so we basically use it for the toilet alone until it gets redone... any day now... I would love to not have small people come in and use the facilities while I am blow drying or putting on makeup. I need somewhere that is not taken over by the males of the house, lol....
