Well my DH wins the prize. He hasn't divorced me or threatened to take away my spade, yet. I don't know if all of you saw the photos that Jim (Idiothe) posted of Sheila and I with our kayaks and bikes and the car completely loaded with hostas? Well in order to do that we loaded all our gear in our boats. It is my hubby's car. (both our names are on it, but it is his vehicle 98% of the time.) I drive the used Mommy van that gets used as a truck for hauling mulch and whatever. But the kayak rack is mine, and I can't load boats on my van due to a bad shoulder. So..... he is very particular about his car. He hates me putting the rack on, he will not drive on gravel, etc. So with my bad shoulder, and the heavy boats, I couldn't lift my end of Sheil's up very well. So the J cradles kept twisting and falling down. I finally found a man to help us. We finally got it loaded, made it home... and there are dents all over the top of the car. Bad dents, like really big hail. :( Like will never come out. I feel awful, I do. Whats done is done, and he isn't holding it against me. But he is so sad. And I am too. But I did get all my hostas home! So he wins the hosta hubby of the year award. I need to get those trophies made, don't I? Anyone want to nominate their Wife for the Hosta Wife of the year award?

Jenn, that wedding dress had to have been some kind of a "statement", don't you think? Maybe the Dad put it on there to remind the family why there would be no presents under the tree--the money was all spent on the wedding! LOL Luvs

ohh forgot about the hard apple cider...dh did a batch over thanksgiving. he found cool cobalt blue grolsch bottles cheap at our local shop called Hearts Home Brew. BTW wal-mart has had the best price for apple juice that he has found. dh has been drinking a bit of the cider and it is quite strong...blahhhh not for me lol just a funny note on the amount of space this hobby takes up. last month we got a new LED tv and new furniture for all of our entertainment stuff. i was more concerned about needing to get new furniture and what to do w/ the old solid oak entertainment center DH built and stained. i was worried he'd b mad i was moving it out of the livingroom (and into the garage) after only a few yrs and all the work he put into it. well he quickly thought of a new home for it lol in his office room and he would use it as a brew cabinet for all of his junk! yeah that worked out sooo well lol! ~ liz Here is a link that might be useful: hearts home brew

Do not like animated kid movies at all, except I did like Rio for the beautiful coloring. I will be stoned for stating I was bored to tears with Frozen. but maybe it's not that they're kid movies, perhaps it's the fact I'm fascinated by controversial movies and kid movies must be straightforward so lessons are quickly and effectively grasped by young innocent minds.
