Did you do the pictures? Fabulous!

How wonderful to see them in such sharp focus. Isn't nature wonderful, to be able to create something so tiny, yet perfectly colored and detailed. And it can FLY!

Do we think that was 'Mom' feeding the babies? Pretty colorful. I don't know anything about hummingbirds, but I know most females birds are drab, while the males are more 'showy'.

Thanks for the link!

That's awesome. That took a lot of patience to get such great shots and it's amazing how tiny the nest was. Thanks for sharing them.

very very impressive work by the photographer and also by the mother hummingbird! Just beautiful. These are meant to be shared and I plan on doing that Thanks

"Did you do the pictures? Fabulous!"

No, I did not do any of this work. The link was sent to me by a friend. It was a worthy work, so I passed it on.

In my opinion and contrary to what they said, the people involved did get their faces too close to the nest and disturbed the status quo. They mistook the bird's concerned behavor for alertness.

That top photo was my desktop picture when I worked at the library. I never tired of looking at it!

What fabulous pictures. I enjoyed. Thanks for sharing.
