Cooking Ribs ahead of time

So I'm throwing a 50th b.day party for my sister on Sunday, Aug. 1st. I'm serving barbecued ribs as the main dish. I have a yummy recipe that you mix honey and adobo peppers/sauce and rub on the ribs. Bake for a couple hours and then finish up on the grill with more sauce.

I'm going to be roasting sweet corn on 1 grill also, so have limited space (and wanted limited cooking for dh). Would you fully cook the ribs (oven and grill) the day before and try to reheat in a nesco or something? Or would you just do the oven thing and deal with the hassle of the grill on party day?

Decisions, decisions........
