The statement you highlighted means we have government regulators in all factions of commerce and when those regulators screw up we add another layer of regulators instead of correcting the existing problem. It has nothing to do with competing insurance companies. I'm going to bow out of these discussions. If you are really interested you can find the answers to your questions on the internet. I also urge you to read the links I provided in another thread about our Constitution and the Bill of Rights - both are brief and define the powers of the Federal government. My favorite founder of this country was Thomas Jefferson - here are some of my favorite quotes from him - think about them. The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. I am not a friend to a very energetic government. It is always oppressive. Most bad government has grown out of too much government. Were we directed from Washington when to sow and when to reap, we should soon want bread. Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms [of government] those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. I think myself that we have more machinery of government than is necessary, too many parasites living on the labor of the industrious. The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the Constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first. I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it. Was the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now. AND MY VERY FAVORITE Government big enough to supply everything you need is big enough to take everything you have ... The course of history shows that as a government grows, liberty decreases. These are part of the principles I was taught in school. I guess the old saying of not being able to teach an old dog new tricks applies to me. Brooke

sueto - I wanted to address this yesterday but forgot. No one meant any disrespect to Canada or their drug stores. Here in the US, we've been hearing from people for a while that they get their drugs cheaper from Canada. I know of someone that did, and sent them an email a few months ago when my prescription insurance got maxed out and they made me pay 100% until Jan 1 when the insurance would kick in again. The person never got back to me; I actually thought about making a post here too. I wouldn't know the 1st place to look to find a legit place to buy meds from. Carla, that doctor is not doing you any favors. I have one doctor that I see once a year. I called the other day for a 30 day script because I get mine mail ordered. They called it in to my pharmacy. I don't doubt that had I asked for samples I would have gotten some.

Thanks everybody for your discussions! Nomen, I do like your idea of keeping two or more of the rarer succulents. Been keeping multiple clones of one particularly sentimental aloe of mine. Bernard, my scourge continues as well. Had a single H. Zebrina segment with the root ball planted straight up two weeks ago. Over time it started to slant sideways and I didn't think much of it. Pulled it up a little today and it ripped apart at the base - mealy eggs! Mix and all went into the garbage. It was sprayed with insecticide a few times too, quite liberally. I think if the eggs are laid among the top of the roots, it is extremely difficult to kill them with any spray at all, even if bare-rooting the plant. Going to re-spray the segments I was trying to root separately again, just in case. They looked alright, but I seriously question if it's worth the effort! One 709mL bottle of insecticide is the cost of two plants. Oh! I did microwave the original gritty mix though (two weeks back). Didn't tell the wife what I put in the microwave and let it air out as much as possible afterwards... it does have a very characteristic smell after being cooked a little.

I am adding to this so that it gets bumped. Of course, you cannot find any information or help regarding these documents anywhere and the few accountants who will do them for you like to take a huge chunk. The guide is also useless in addressing specific questions. Here's what I'm having a few problems with: 1) The fillable PDF doesn't allow you to add more than 1 line. I had one major supplier for my building materials but they were about an hour from my home. When I needed stuff quickly, I got it from a local supplier. Over the course of the build we spent a lot of money at the local supplier so there is no way I'm not going to include it. How in the heck do I add more than 1 vendor, HST number etc? 2) At what point do you have to stop claiming items? We got our occupancy at the beginning of March but our home is not "complete." We are slowly working away at the rest of it. Can I claim that stuff as well or only what was purchased up to the technical completion date? TIA!
