Beware - it may be a risky transaction. We brought a "brand new" fridge from markdown madness. After unwrapping the fridge, we discovered it was an old damaged display model. It had several items damaged: compressor just hanging there, handle came off in my hand, 4" dent on the side, etc. We went through the ebay process to complain and the seller repeatly offered us a discount on the price. We refused every offer - the fridge was a piece of junk and not worth a $100 bucks. After threating to submit a claim to paypal, the seller agreed to take the fridge back (they paid the shipping) and give a refund. Then the seller told us a refund check was in the mail instead of giving us a instant paypal refund. By the time the check was to arrive our window of opportunity to file a paypal claim would have expired. We filed the paypal claim that night and received our money the next day - thanks to paypal. The refund check never arrived. The whole ebay tranaction was not worth the stress of maybe losing $2K+, waiting three days for awful FedEd frieght to delivery/pickup the fridge. We are buying our fridge from our local dealer.

I'm down to purchasing my two Franke sinks from one of these suppliers. Can't believe the differences in prices. Quality bath price is $85 more by phone than their e-bay store. They said they don't honor coupons if they have a sale. Does anyone have any coupon codes for any of them?? Someone said they got one on their my e-bay page but I don't have any.
