Okwriter, I guess you're allowed to post pictures of snow in July, but not in August. That's the rule. (Okay, so it's a rule I just made up, but a rule nevertheless.) I won't want to think about summer ending and snow starting!

These tiny (less than a half-inch tall) fungi covered the surface of the soil in one of my tomato containers yesterday morning. Soon after the sun came out fully, they disappeared, leaving only threads where their stems used to be.

My Dudley after his first grooming ever. (He's 7+). The groomer suggested that his middle name should be "Wild". LOL (Apparently he didn't enjoy being up on that grooming table.) He looks so cute. We've never seen him with his hair this short. Don't mind the messy background - he likes to sleep under my computer desk.)
