Comments (7)Oh, I really, really LOVE your bouquets, Carrie. You did a GREAT job with these. Most assuredly, you certainly did brighten my day. Mission accomplished!! :) And I sooo understand your frustration because without fail I miss something every time, too! Frustrating for someone who strives for perfection. Guess it just ain't happenin' with me. lol ;) Thanks for sharing, and have a wonderful Saturday. Debbie P.S. I really do think I need to lighten up on stuff, as I recall my dad being frustrated with my tendency towards perfectionism. Finally in exasperation he said, "do something even if it is wrong." ;)...See MoreColonoscopy - The Most Dreaded Medical Procedure!!..
Comments (12)omg about choked when I saw this...unlike dave I waited till crisis mode, before rushing to the local hospital er at 3am!...my colon had finally rebelled and was scaring me to pieces! after being admitted, I was treated to a wonderful team of nurses but still was facing the dreaded decision... doc didn't give me a choice...as I hadn't had to eat since my dinner the night before, they made an apt for 7am the next day! about 2-3 pm I was given golightly product although unlike dave, mine was like being drowning in the ocean it was soooo salty tasting...the nurses gave me cups of crushed ice as if this would numb my taste buds, lol.. bright and early at 6 am was rolled down to the prep area...(out patient care) after hooking me up to yet another bag of saline, monitors, ect, was taken to the next room...after putting on oxygen, noticed the clock going around in circles, lol....that was the last thing I remember...they made necessary repairs, and finally was sent back up to my room...all I can say is just don't wait as long as I did.......See MoreMy FC remains off the chart after a few days - Help!
Comments (2)I would trust your own testing vs. the pool store's results. If your CYA is 90 then your FC target should be 10. You can go up to a "shock" level of 35 and not have any issues. We had some raccoons use our pool as their toilet once and I raised my chlorine level fairly high just to be on the safe side and held it there for a day and it quickly went back down to my desired level. We live in sunny Florida though so it gets burned off pretty quickly. I agree on the partial drain of your pool since your CYA should really be around 60. The continued use of the trichlor pucks will just cause your CYA to gradually increase again over time....See Morerhizo_1 (North AL) zone 7
