Thanks for asking...I just got home from the hospital a few minutes ago. Bob is still there and as of today they still don't know where his infection is or what's causing it. Yesterday morning they scrubbed his lungs. The doctor told me the correct word for that as he talking about scrubbing his lungs. When I got home yesterday afternoon I couldn't remember the other word. They've had a variety of specialists either question him or have him tested for various things. He has had a little bit of fever off and on, but it's not nearly as high as it was when I took him to the hospital last week. This morning his voice started sounding strange again like it did last week. He said he didn't feel terrible, but he didn't feel well either. This same thing happened about three or four years ago. He was in the hospital and they were trying to pinpoint where the infection was. They ran tests on him for three days. The fourth day he felt good, the fever was gone, and it was like nothing had ever been wrong with him. They had to let him leave the hospital that day because insurance won't let you stay if you aren't sick. :) I'm hoping we wil hear something from his doctor today about that lung scrub thing. I know they were able to take fluid or tissue samples if they needed them, but I don't know if they did so. Thanks again for asking Mallory. Linda

Measure your 3 windows, unless they are very small not sure you have enough material. it is very nice tho, I would want to reuse it too. Usually need a hem, probably could use the holes to go through the rings on a rod for 2 of them.??? Would be nice covering for small pantry off kitchen. Top & bottom curtains?? Lots to think about!! AVERAGE SHOWER CURTain is 72 in wide. If windows were all together in a row could cut bottom part with enough for hem at top & hem the top piece & just have them run all across the lower part of windows. Usually want 1 1/2 times width as the window at least.30 in. wide window =45 in wide fabric. They are using them less than that on some I've seen so don't know if I'm helping you or driving you nuts!! Good Luck! Jan

Send a picture of the repair-while some cracks can be repaired to the point they become invisible the crack in your top was just too large imo to make disappear. It isnt your fault the granite cracked. While Green designs is right that your fabricator should have explained the nature of the stone that responsibility shouldnt be on you if the piece cracks. That doesnt look like a fissure to me as from the pic it doesnt follow any natural line making the repair very difficult. If you arent satisfied you dont have to accept that repair. Before you do anything speak to the fabricator and explain you cant live with this in your kitchen and you need this resolved. Consult with your lawyer and be firm with the fabricator-these things happen and the faabricator needs to make it right. See if you can find a slab that will match the rest of the kitchen. I have not put up ANY yet. We are painting each room in our home, so I did not want to have to take them down and put them back up. I had one custom made that says our last name, in big letters, in black. The letters are written in a calligraphy that reminds me of Japanese lettering somehow. I then, in a deep red printed each of our fist names in a spunky looking font that will go either above or below the lettering. I will go try to find it in the garage. I need to just get busy and paint. We have a tool that you can make your own. That is how I made this one, a custom design. I hadn't seen yours in our book, so thought you had custom designed it. Let me see if I can post the tool here if anyone wants to play around with it. I am not one that sends out spam or junk mail. Once that is done, it gives you a tool for custom design where you get to pick the font, the color and size of the letters. Some of the designs in the book will let you use two colors, and that looks neat. It also lets you pick out what your wall color is going to be for the background. I will try to get one hung today on a wall that I don't plan on painting. They are so cool. Thus far I have only been going to help my customers hang theirs at their home.
