No, I don't have mine yet, but I have the Post Office from hell. In the last two months: 1. I mailed a pkg in Dec that still isn't there. 2. I helped a neighbor find the mailbox where the mail should have gone, that was in her box. 3. Found another neighbors mail on the ground under the mailbox. 4. Had a call from the PO saying they couldn't deliver a package because I didn't have a mailbox. (Same one for 7 yrs.) 5. Argue with me at the PO that I didn't live at the address where I said I lived. 6. Couldn't find the pkg at the PO, but later did and it was marked "vacant house but they were home", and had another address also written on the pkg by the PO. 7. One package returned to sender. 8. Had a magazine delievered to me that belonged to my best friend that lives a couple of miles away. I guess they were stuck together and so I got both. 9. Token, I think you mailed to me on Jan 16th. Is that right? I think I will be last to receive the package, if I get it at all......and they want to raise the cost of postage !!!!

Almost all of your credit card, banking, utility providers will send you privacy statements, and give you an option to limit the information they share. It's a pain in the butt to have to reply and request it, but I don't pitch them in the rubbish anymore. I do reply. I would prefer to see them request to share information, and not be able to do it otherwise. We all know that they wouldn't get a good response. But, they have lobbyists who scream to our lawmakers and we don't bother to get involved, do we? Look at the amount of work it took for a no-call law to evolved. Our biggest offenders can even be goverment entities, who should be our ally in privacy protection.

Susan - Yes, I definitely put your pot gift to good use! The very next day after they arrived. :-) Peas - I keep saying after this next storm, I'll put them in the ground (their seedlings are such tasty treats for the birds, I like them to get a bit bigger before planting out). Roots had started to come through the bottoms of the pots, so they're now sitting on a nice layer of loose soil in the tray. And, I really should have stopped ordering seeds earlier - but someone recommended a shop, I checked them out, they had Aleppo pepper (yada, yada, yada) - your pots were just in the nick of time for me starting some. I think the ageratum in the front pots isn't going to sprout. Some folks don't understand that peppers and tomatoes can cross and open pollinated doesn't mean you don't make an effort to keep strains pure. I'm hoping my seed came from peppers in the middle of the patch and not the edges. I'll see when I get the peppers.

Fun2BeHere, I took your advice and put a tracer on my package. Guess what, just moments after I did, got message that it would be here today. May be bragging too soon. It’s 5:30 here and hasn’t arrived yet, The message stated it would be here 9am until 11 am. I really don’t need now. It’s Christmas lights , my daughter gave me lights last week. All the tracing showing it had been at our post office since November. Still holding my breath for delivery.
