Faux Marble Answer...Okite

I've been searching for two years to find a marble-like countertop that looked like marble for my kitchen. It was just installed and I can't believe what an excellent faux it is. It's Okite, but not the Bianca Carrera color--which looks more artificial. It's their Arabescatta Verde color, and no it doesn't look green--it has a more light gray background and the veining looks so natural.

I found a fabricator who was willing to order it through the

company in Houston, TX. So the price was much more reasonable than going through Zodiaq (Dupont). It's a manmade quartz and it is so thick and gorgeous I just can't

say enough good about it! The quality is amazing. So everyone wanting a marble-look should contact the company, Seifert (sp?)and have samples sent to you and you'll see what I mean. If I were more computer savvy I'd post a picture of my kitchen--I'll try to do that over the holidays when my college age kid is home!
